The word "HEALTHY" itself means a lot it can be for a person in a good physical or mental condition ;in good health or indicating or promoting good health .In today's huge world people have become health freaks and opt for a healthy lifestyle to remain away from diseases .It is very important to be healthy as it will lead to many benefits and unhealthy lifestyle will surely lead to number of diseases .
It is said that "health is wealth".When we think it personally we analyse that it is true as if one's health is good person can be active and even live a better life but,if a persons health is poor one cannot work and even face lot of struggles.
To live a healthy life one must wake up early do some exercises take proper nutritional diet and proper sleep is also required for every individual.One should always spend some quality time for themselves so that they don't face stress .
Coming to waking up early in the morning every individual needs minimum 6-8 hrs of sleep .To be fresh and relaxed with new thought and new mindset to achieve goals.It will make sure that one is full of enthusiasm and strength that will make us or keep us activated.
Regular exercise:-every body has its own pros and cons has its own tone its depends on us how to make our body flexible ,keep us refreshed by doing various sorts of exercises such as meditation ,swimming ,cycling ,walking,yoga ,gym,body stretches and last but not the least playing outdoor sports .
This helps the body to remain fit and healthy and will keep us away from all the diseases .
Proper Nutrition:-one must always take a balanced diet as this will help to be fit .Avoid eating oily and junk foods.Take a good amount of fruits and leafy vegetables.Always be hydrated by drinking enough water minimum 2-3 ltrs a day .
Though people today are health freaks do not understand the actual meaning of what they eat or do as they take huge risks at times by in either eating too less and over excercising which is not good .Everything  has too be balanced to lead a happy and a memorable life .
Everyone should do some sort of work out just to be fit and keep themselves away from health issues .
The best time is to work out is in the morning or evening .One must always be fit for oneself .
